website, regarding the protection of the users' personal data.
This informative report is in accordance with the art. 13 of the d.lgs. n. 196/2003
– Code regarding the protection of personal data – and concerns the users of
our site's services.
The informative report doesn't concern other web sites which could be viewed
through our links.
The informative report was also inspired by the Reccomendation n. 2/200, adopted
on 17 May 2001 by the European authorities, which were gathered by the art.29
of the directive n.95/46/CE, in order to define the minimum requirements for
the on-line collection of personal data and, in particular, the ways, times
and nature of the data that the users should give when connecting to a website,
apart from the goal of the connection.

After the consultation of this website, we could process the data regarding identified or identifiable people. The owner of the data processing is Bernam S.r.l., Via Cimabue n.18, Carpi.
Location of the data processing
The data processing regarding the online services of this site take place at Berna Beauty and is implemented by employees or collaborators of the above mentioned society, and by possible occasional delegates who are responsible for maintenance services.
No data coming from web services will be communicated or released.

Navigation data
The data processing systems and the software procedures which allow the fucntioning of this site, receive automatically some personal data, whose transmission is implied in the use of the Internet communication protocols.
These data aren't collected to be associated to identified persons, but could, through elaborations and associations with the data owned by third people, allow the identification of the users.
In this data category are included IP addresses, domain names of the users' computers, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) adresses of the requested resources, request time, methodology of request to the server, file size of the received answer, code number indicating the answering state of the server (correct, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operative systems and the information environment of the user.
The only reason why we use these data, is that of receiving anonymous statistics about the site and its correct functioning. The data could be used to verify the responsibilities, in case of hypothetical computer crimes damaging the site. - Data voluntarily given by the user
The "simple" registration to the site implies the acquisition of the e-mail address of the sender, which is necessary to provide the authentication service.
The "full" registration for purchasers these data concern the stipulation of the contract, together with legal and administration duties.
The Newsletter service, which is provided on request, implies the insertion of the user's e-mail address in computer-based data banks. - Cookies
A cookie is a very little text file, which is saved by a website on the computer hard disk, in order to memorize the personal data or preferences given by the user. Berna Beauty uses cookies with the only goal to make the site access and the navigation easier.
The use of the so-called session cookies (which aren't permanently saved on the user's computer, but vanish a soon as he/she closes the browser) only concerns the transmission of session identification numbers (casual numbers generated by the server) are necessary to safely and efficiently navigate the site.
The session cookies used on this site, spares us the use of other techniques, which could be potentially dangerous for the navigation's privacy of the users; they also don't allow the acquisition of personal identification data.
Berna Beauty uses cookies at every Login, saving the univocal identification data, the access time and day. This cookie allows to move from one page to another, without having to repeat the login. As soon as the user closes the browser, the cookies are cancelled from the used computer.

With the exception of those data which are necessary for the navigation, the user is free to give his/her personal data to request the services offered by our society. Although, the non-conferring of these data can prevent us from satisfy your request.

We handle personal data through computer-based and papery systems, for the time necessary to achieve the goals we needed them for. Special safety measures were observed to prevent the data to be lost, used illegaly or uncorrectly, and not to allow unauthorized accesses.

The data coming from the registrations, on the contrary, could be transmitted to third persons, internal or external to Berna Beauty, in order to draw up the contract between the user and Berna Beauty and/or to supply the requested services (transport firms, banks, holding companies, etc. ); to the accountant for the execution of fiscal and/or administration duties; to the law firm for a possible recovery of a credit or for other legal actions in case of non-fulfilment.

As provided in the art. 7 of the D. LGS.
